Outcome
- Translated over 400 pages of text from English into Russian.
- Translated the textbook and all supplementary materials into Russian with high quality, promptly, and without compromising on quality.
- Facilitated communication and managed a team of specialists from four different countries without compromising efficiency or productivity during the project.
A distinctive feature of this project was the presence of theological and biblical terminology. The translator had to be well-versed not only in the nuances of the English language, but also in the nuances of theology and biblical terminology. The translation was handled by a specialist with relevant expertise and a background in theology.
The international team working on this project was based in Russia, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, and Vietnam. Despite this geographical spread, we effectively established communication while taking into account cultural differences and time zone variations.
