The result of our work
- Simultaneous interpretation of plenary and sectional meetings, enabling participants from different cultures and language groups to communicate freely without delays or misunderstandings.
- Document translation: all key materials were promptly translated into English and Russian, which helped expand the audience and ensure post-forum work on preparing final recommendations.
- Cultural adaptation of terminology and presentation style: we take into account not only the linguistic but also the cultural characteristics of each delegation in order to convey not only the words but also the subtext.
The result was a flood of positive feedback from organizers and participants: the accuracy of the interpretation, the professionalism of the team, and their efficiency in solving any problems that arose ensured a high level of trust and laid a solid foundation for future international projects.
After the conference, participants from 15 countries thanked Vladimir for the opportunity to fully participate in the dialogue without language barriers, and the organizers noted that thanks to our work, the forum was held at the highest level.
